You will support the day-to-day laundry and kit operation, with the flexibility to assist both the Academy and Women's teams in line with training schedules, fixtures and operational requirements.

- Provide flexible support across the Academy and Women's teams when required.
Cleanliness, Hygiene & Safety
- Keep the laundry room clean, tidy and organised.
- Use and maintain laundry equipment in line with Club procedures.
- Handle used kit responsibly and follow appropriate hygiene practices.
- Report equipment faults, maintenance needs and health and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow all relevant Club policies and operational standards.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Organised, methodical and attentive to detail.
- Able to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and operational needs.
- An understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and health and safety.
- Trustworthy, professional and proud of the quality of your work.
Previous laundry or kit-room experience may be helpful, but the key qualities are reliability, organisation and a willingness to learn.
