The role involves developing a broad-based clinical practice with responsibilities in patient care, education, mentorship, research, and program development. Faculty appointments are available at various ranks based on experience and academic achievements. Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive urologic care, including outpatient, inpatient, and surgical services.Engaging in resident and medical student education.Building and expanding subspecialty programs such as General Urology, Endourology, Men's Health, Fertility, and Urologic Oncology.Contributing to departmental growth, innovation in simulation, robotics, AI, and surgical education.Participating in scholarly activities aligned with professional interests and departmental goals. Qualifications & Skills Experience in diverse urologic procedures and subspecialties.Strong commitment to education, research, and clinical excellence.Ability to develop and lead specialty programs and initiatives.
