About the role
Provide intensive and extensive tutorial services to students in assigned subject areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or college hours (preferred)
Skills
- Ability to work well with children
- Knowledge of curriculum and instruction
- Positive role model for students
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Effective oral and written communication
- Proficiency in computer operations and software productivity tools
- Experience with job-related student management systems
- Experience with electronic file management
- Familiarity with TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills)
Experience
Some experience working with children.
Pay
Hourly rate ranging from $12.50 to $25.00.
