What You Will Be Doing

• Carry out 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions leveraging Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify barriers, establish ambitious targets, and ensure accountability for execution.

• Facilitate structured life-skills workshops focusing on mastery, drawing on credible personal narratives from your own high-level experience, and evaluate mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass framework.

• Establish campus culture each morning with focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance standards across the student body.

• Monitor student development in real time and refine coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition.

• Cultivate trusted mentor relationships with students and their families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and clearly documented motivation strategies.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Deliver lessons, create curriculum, or grade work - Alpha's AI-driven academic platform manages instruction; your focus is motivation.

• Present to a full classroom of 30 students (your work centers on high-impact coaching with small groups, not large-scale instruction).

• Supervise other personnel or advance through an administrative hierarchy - this role prioritizes direct student impact over organizational management.

• Attend faculty meetings or deal with institutional bureaucracy - your schedule remains student-focused.

• Compromise standards to meet targets - if a student achieves 99%, your task is to understand what prevented 100%.
