What You Will Be Doing

Congducting 1-on-1 and small-group coaching sessions that leverage Coachbot analytics and student performance data to identify barriers, establish ambitious targets, and ensure accountability for execution.

Facilitating structured life-skills workshops focused on mastery, drawing on credible personal narratives from your own high-level experience, and evaluating mastery through Alpha's Test2Pass framework.

Establishing the campus culture each morning with focused kickoffs that reinforce high-performance standards across the student body.

Monitoring student development in real time and refining coaching approaches based on data rather than intuition.

Cultivating trusted mentor relationships with students and their families by maintaining high standards, consistency, and clearly documented motivation strategies.
What You Won’t Be Doing

Delivering lessons, creating curriculum, or grading work — Alpha's AI-driven academic platform manages instruction; your focus is motivation.

Presenting to a full classroom of 30 students (your work centers on high-impact coaching with small groups, not large-scale instruction).

Supervising other personnel or advancing through an administrative hierarchy (this role prioritizes direct student impact over organizational management).

Attending faculty meetings or dealing with institutional bureaucracy (your schedule remains student-focused).
