Academic Program Director - Life Sciences

Responsibilities

• Lead academic program management and student support initiatives
• Serve as the main contact point for department chairs
• Synthesize needs from chairs and implement solutions with staff
• Facilitate relationships between faculty and staff across departments
• Develop trust-based working relationships with faculty and staff
• Partner with multiple the company constituencies for collaboration
• Manage large, diverse teams and navigate complex environments

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years of higher education experience, especially in academic departments
• Experience managing instructional lab groups
• Strong knowledge of life sciences as an academic discipline
• Proven leadership in developing programs and partnerships

• $134,329 – $155,000 annually
