About the role

The Faculty of Nursing at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire a full-time, faculty member at the rank of Lecturer.

  • Candidates must hold A Ph.D. in Pediatrics Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, Critical Care and Emergency Nursing, Maternal and Child Health Nursing, Psychiatric, Mental, Community and Nursing Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidates must have at least three years of teaching experience after Ph.D.
  • Candidates must have an excellent command of English language and excellent use of computers in teaching.
  • Candidates must have excellent clinical skills in simulation labs and in clinical settings.
  • The position will begin on September 1st, 2025.
  • The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • The responsibilities for this position include the following:
    • Teaching (2-3 courses/semester)
    • Student advising
    • Research and creative activities
    • Service and cooperative extension
    • Administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Holds a Ph.D. in Pediatrics Nursing, Adult Health Nursing, Critical Care and Emergency Nursing, Maternal and Child Health Nursing, Psychiatric, Mental, Community and Nursing Administration, or a related field.
  • At least three years of teaching experience after Ph.D.
  • An excellent command of English language.
  • Adequate computer skills for teaching.
  • Excellent clinical skills in simulation labs and in clinical settings.

    • Providing clinical services in the outpatient clinic
    • Administrative responsibilities
    • Service and cooperative extension
