About the role
Provide outpatient psychiatric care for adults, including new and follow-up appointments within a multidisciplinary team environment. Engage in teaching, supervision of residents and students, and participate in academic conferences and scholarly activities. Contribute to the academic mission through research and educational involvement.
Responsibilities
- Offer clinical supervision during call, including psychiatric consultations, urgent evaluations, and resident support.
- Deliver patient-centered care and collaborate with a diverse team.
- Manage call responsibilities, including phone triage and urgent assessments.
- Support resident training and participate in academic activities.
- Uphold professional standards in clinical and academic settings.
Requirements
- MD or DO.
- Board Certified or Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Eligible for Missouri medical licensure.
