About the role
Join as a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Allergist/Immunologist in a faculty role within the Department of Pediatrics.
Responsibilities
- Providing state-of-the-art clinical care for children with allergic and immunologic conditions such as asthma, food allergy, atopic dermatitis, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, drug allergy, urticaria, anaphylaxis, mast cell disorders, and primary immune deficiencies.
- Expanding and innovating research and educational programs within the division.
- Participating in a nationally recognized Allergy and Immunology fellowship training program.
- Contributing to development of clinical guidelines and engaging with professional organizations.
Qualifications and skills
- MD or equivalent degree, board certification or eligibility in Allergy and Immunology.
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Allergy and Immunology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state.
- Preferred experience in primary immunodeficiency or oral immunotherapy.
- Leadership potential for division director consideration.
Key duties
- Delivering comprehensive clinical care to pediatric patients.
- Contributing to research, education, and guideline development.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and professional societies.
