About the role

The Hematology/Oncology Clinic at Wake Forest University Health Sciences seeks a dedicated professional to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with hematologic and oncologic disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in hematology and oncology
• Participate in clinical trials and contribute to research initiatives
• Provide education and support to patients and their families

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of North Carolina
• Completion of an approved hematology/oncology residency program
• Experience in managing complex cases and working in a clinical setting

Pay

Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training. Premium pay such as shift, on-call, and more based on a teammate's job. Opportunity for annual increases based on performance.
