Academic Clinician Track - Associate or Full Professor – Mohs and Dermatological Surgeon

About the role

The Department of Dermatology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure Academic Clinician track.

Responsibilities

• Teaching responsibilities may include didactics and bedside dermatologic surgery instruction to our world-class residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Clinical responsibilities may include Mohs and reconstructive surgery in our ambulatory practices in Philadelphia or Penn Medicine Radnor.
• Candidates will benefit from a busy surgical practice and an extensive infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities and a large support staff of nurses and histotechnicians.
• We seek candidates who demonstrate excellent clinical judgement, professionalism, and commitment to our team.
• Successful candidates will be committed to excellence in Mohs surgery and reconstruction and have a nationally or internationally recognized career in academic dermatologic surgery.

Requirements

• Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree and be board-certified or board-eligible upon completion of both an ACGME-accredited residency in dermatology and a fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology.
