About the role

The Dean, Academic Affairs (Nursing) – Program Director leads the nursing program at a campus, overseeing academic integrity, operational excellence, and program growth.

Responsibilities

• Execute the BSN academic strategy to ensure student success and strong outcomes
• Drive curriculum excellence, compliance, and accreditation readiness
• Build and manage a high-performing faculty and support team
• Manage program operations, including expansion of evening and weekend offerings
• Serve as campus liaison to stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and communities
• Ensure faculty development, retention, and engagement
• Monitor and improve student engagement, satisfaction, and enrollment metrics

Requirements

• Master’s in Nursing (Doctorate preferred)
• 5+ years in nursing education with leadership experience
• Current RN licensure and multi-state practice privileges
• Strong communication, organizational, and strategic skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information and thrive in a fast-paced environment
