Academic Advisor I
About the role
with. Then
Responsibilities
with- list of duties.
Then
Qualifications
with maybe- for minimum qualifications and maybe other details. The qualifications section includes Minimum Qualifications, Degree Equivalency Clause, SB 1310 details. We need to preserve all substantive info. Could format as
- each bullet? The text is paragraph-like; we could break into list items for each distinct requirement. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. We can keep as
for prose if not list. However rule: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if we have a list of requirements, we should use list. The qualifications are not explicitly a list but we can treat each sentence as a list item? Might be okay. But we need to preserve all info; we can convert to list items.
We also have "About Us" section describing university. Could be a separate section maybe "About the University" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. "About Us" not in list; maybe we could incorporate into About the role? But it's about university, not role. However we could put it under About the role as additional context? Might be okay but risk of misrepresenting. The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. "About Us" could go under About the role? Or maybe we can omit it if not fitting. But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot omit. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can put it under About the role as a paragraph describing the institution. That seems acceptable: About the role includes context of the university. Thus we will have:
About the role
... (combined intro paragraph + About Us description)
Then Responsibilities list. Then Qualifications list. We might also have Skills? Not explicitly listed. Could omit. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: not present in posting (no mention of salary, benefits, schedule). So we should not create those sections. Requirements: Could be same as Qualifications? The heading "Requirements" maybe separate from Qualifications. But we have qualifications details; we could put them under Requirements. However we also have Qualifications heading allowed. Which to use? The posting has a "Qualifications" section. So we should useQualifications
. The "Requirements" heading could be used for something else but we don't have separate requirements. So we omit Requirements. Thus final HTML:About the role
