We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key details: - Position: Academic Advisor at University of Southern Mississippi. - Location: Hattiesburg 118 College Drive Hattiesburg, Mississippi, 39406-0001 United States - Division: College of Business and Economic Development - Position Type: Staff - Employment Status: Full Time - Grant Funded: No - Pay Grade: X06 - Posting Close Date: Open Until Filled - Special Instructions: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B). - Job Summary: Advise undergraduate business students regarding progression to degree, course selections, and student success. Assist the college with the recruitment and retention of students. - Primary Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of related experience and/or training. - Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Ability to occasionally travel or work nights/weekends; Ability to effectively present information to small and large audiences; Strong written communication skills, including email and postal correspondence, as well as reports and procedural manuals. - Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited college or university; an educational background in business. - About The University Of Southern Mississippi: description. We need sections: About the role (maybe job summary?), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe minimum qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities), Benefits (none given), Pay (maybe pay grade?), Schedule (maybe employment status full time? but schedule not given). We should only include sections if there is real specific content. We have Pay Grade X06 - that's pay info. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: Not given explicitly; only Employment Status Full Time. Could infer schedule but not explicit. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we should not include Schedule unless explicit. No explicit schedule like "Monday-Friday 8am-5pm". So omit Schedule. Benefits: Not mentioned. Omit Benefits. Thus sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (knowledge, skills & abilities), Pay (pay grade). Possibly also include About the University? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So "About the role" likely corresponds to job summary. The university description maybe could be included under About the role? But it's about the university, not role. Might be considered extra but not required. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the university description somewhere. Where? Could be a separate section like "About the University". But not in allowed headings list. However we could include it under "About the role" as additional prose? Might be okay but risk missing info. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect only those headings. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could embed the university description in a

under About the role or maybe under a separate

like "About the University". However they said "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add an extra section for University info if needed. But maybe we can incorporate it into About the role as a paragraph describing the institution. That would preserve info. Thus structure:

About the role

Job Summary: Advise undergraduate business students regarding progression to degree, course selections, and student success. Assist the college with the recruitment and retention of students.

About The University Of Southern Mississippi: Since our founding in 1910, ... (full description).

But we need to avoid repeating job title. That's fine. Responsibilities: list duties. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications. Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. Pay: Pay Grade X06. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to ensure we use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills we need to use lists. But note: Responsibilities is a list of duties; we should output
    • each duty. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications is a sentence: Bachelor's degree ... and one year of related experience and/or training. That's not a list but could be a

      . However rule: Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If not a list, we can use

. So we can put that as

. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: two items: Master's degree ...; an educational background in business. That's a list; use

        • . Skills: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: list of four items; use
          • . Pay: Pay Grade X06: could be

. Now ensure we remove boilerplate: Special Instructions about work authorization, etc. That's substantive? It's about eligibility. Should we preserve? It's substantive info. Where to put? Could be under Requirements? Or maybe a separate section like "Eligibility". Not in headings list. Could incorporate into Requirements as a

            . But the rule: Use

            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. This is not a list. So we can add a

under Requirements or maybe a separate section like "Eligibility". But to keep sections few, we could add a paragraph under Requirements about work authorization. Also Posting Close Date: Open Until Filled - that's metadata; could be omitted? It's substantive but minor. Could be placed in a

under About the role? Might be considered metadata; but instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can fold Posting Close Date into a short

maybe under About the role or at end. Location, Division, Position Type, Employment Status, Grant Funded, Pay Grade: these are metadata. Could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe a separate "Position Details" section but not in headings list. Better to fold into a short

under About the role. Thus About the role section will contain job summary, university description, and position details (location, division, etc.) as a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title. Now produce HTML fragment. Let's craft:
