We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes job summary, responsibilities, competencies/education/experience (qualifications), supplemental info (work environment, physical demands, etc.), position type/hours, travel, benefits (mentioned), etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: could be Job Summary (description). Use heading About the role. - Responsibilities: we have Job Responsibilities with percentages. Use heading Responsibilities. - Requirements: we have Required Qualifications. Could be Requirements heading. - Qualifications: maybe Preferred Qualifications? Or we could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide. We have Competencies, Education, Experience section (list of competencies). That could be Skills. We have Supplemental Information: Work Environment, Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Position Type/Expected Hours of Work, Travel, Other Duties, Important Note, compensation statement, benefits statement, EEO, etc. We need to extract substantive content: Work Environment description, Physical Demands, Environmental Conditions, Position Type/Expected Hours (full-time, M-F 8:30-4:30), Travel (Limited, local travel), Benefits (competitive compensation program, comprehensive benefits program: medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability, tuition remission, generous 403(b) employer contribution, employee assistance program, liberal paid time off, performing arts, libraries, etc.). Pay: they say "competitive compensation program which is commensurate with your qualifications, experience, and contingent upon the departmental budget." That's vague; we should not create Pay section if content is just "commensurate with experience" etc. The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. For Pay, they say competitive compensation program commensurate with qualifications... that's basically placeholder; we should not create Pay section. For Schedule, they give Position Type/Expected Hours: full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, longer hours may be required. That's specific enough for Schedule section. So we can include Schedule heading with that info. Benefits: they list specific benefits: medical, dental, life insurance, long term disability insurance, tuition remission, generous 403(b) employer contribution, employee assistance program, liberal paid time off policies, plus performing arts, libraries, bookstores, dining facilities, campus recreation and sporting events. That's specific; we can include Benefits heading. We should not include EEO boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like number of positions, locations (two in Tobin College, two in Collins College, one in Center for Student Success). Also mention that only one application needed, can indicate preference in cover letter. We need to include the job summary (About the role). Should we include the introductory paragraph about St. John's? That's background about university, not directly about role. Might be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive of university; could be considered part of About the role? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The university description is not boilerplate; it's about the institution. Might be considered relevant to role? Probably we can include it under About the role as context. However, the instruction says "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). So we can put the university overview under About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:
