About the role

The Eller College of Management’s Undergraduate Programs Office is seeking a professional with effective communication and strong team skills to join as an Academic Advisor I. Advisors serve Eller students through academic advising, programming, teaching, and career/global exploration across Main, Online, and Global campuses.

Responsibilities

• Assist students in evaluating academic abilities, setting goals and objectives, and meeting requirements of Eller majors in foundational and professional programs.
• Guide students in exploring experiential learning and career opportunities.
• Plan, develop, market, and evaluate academic and co-curricular programs.
• Lead workshops, teach success courses, and advise student organizations.
• Participate in professional development activities.
