About the Role

Join our team as a Night Auditor and be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly while the world sleeps. You’ll work the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) in a modern boutique hotel in OKC's Bricktown, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and satisfying.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift, handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
• Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
• Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest security.
• Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service during overnight hours.
• Utilize Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to solve problems independently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is beneficial.
• 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
