ABX Field Supervisor (SEA)

Responsibilities

• Supervise full-time, part-time, and casual Line Maintenance Representatives and Contractors in assigned geographical regions
• Ensure compliance with ABX maintenance operational standards and maintain reliability standards
• Perform all supervisory functions including hiring, firing, counseling, training, disciplining, providing budget input, planning work assignments, etc.
• Interface with other supervisors/management
• Aid with new station openings, relocations, or contracts
• Perform related duties as assigned

Requirements

• HSD/GED A&P License
• 8 years heavy jet experience
• 2 years supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational record keeping, planning and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively

Preferred Skills

• 767/757 Genfam training
• 767 maintenance experience
• Bilingual (Spanish)
