Independent Living Skills Trainer (ILST) Groton, CT | $20/hr. Full-Time & Part-Time | Flexible Day & Evening Shifts. What You’ll Do Work one-on-one with clients in their homes and community. Support daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, routines, communication). Provide non-medical care, supervision, and encouragement. Help clients reach personal goals and celebrate progress. What You Need 18+ with high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred).
