Duties & Responsibilities
- Access IMS program to determine priority jobs and set the workload for the day
- Get the printed rolls from the table to mount them on the roller that will feed them through the machine
- Set up the correct rolling die to cut the shape on the job, passing through, and ensure the cutters are at the correct length to cut the job
- Observe the ABG machine while running to make any adjustments and ensure a smooth and accurate count and correct cut
- Replace worn-out blades on cutters and adjust/clean rollers to ensure safe and accurate operation
- Record production and operational data using IMS system, such as entering completed jobs
- Report all workplace hazards to management immediately
- Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstations are in good working order and are free of any safety hazards
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (50% of time)
- Able to stand for 8 hours
- Walking and moving around the work area (50% of the time)
