Member Duties
The VISTA member will research to find the best practices for all programs, human resources, accounting, and the organization. The VISTA member will review the policies and procedures that are established and visit each program to assess whether current policies are effective and make suggestions for improvement. The VISTA member will develop the tools necessary to implement changes to program.
