About the role

The role involves providing therapeutic support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Responsibilities include developing personalized treatment plans, facilitating social skills training, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Facilitating group and individual therapy sessions focused on social skills development
• Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to enhance outcomes
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to supervising therapists

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Current license to practice as an ABA therapist in your state
• Experience working with individuals with ASD
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
