ABA Therapist (Bilingual)

About the role

Golden Care Therapy NY is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist who is bilingual in English and Spanish. The therapist will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism, working directly with families to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to children with Autism.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with the child’s family and multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct parent training to empower families with the skills and strategies necessary to support their child’s progress.
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other therapists, supervisors, and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy).
• Experience working with children with Autism and their families.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic record‑keeping systems.

Work Environment

This is a part‑time position with flexible scheduling. The therapist will work directly with children and families in a home‑based or clinic setting and will have opportunities for professional growth and development.
