ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician

About the role

As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Help improve communication, learning, and daily living skills
• Work in various settings including in-home, in-center, community-based
• Schedule flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check

• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
