About the role
As a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy to children and young adults using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Help improve communication, learning, and daily living skills
- Work in various settings including in-home, in-center, community-based
- Schedule flexible shifts between 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with individuals with autism
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
