Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients using ABA principles
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record data to monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care
- Participate in mandatory training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check

- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience following instructions and working independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals with ASD
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

Schedule
- Part-time: hours range from 7:30am – 7:30pm
