ABA Therapist

About the role

Provide compassionate care in a supportive environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
• Implement evidence-based interventions
• Document progress and communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Current license to practice as a therapist in state
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Passing score on the Praxis II exam
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and its management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
