About the role
Provide compassionate care to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Conduct assessments and progress evaluations to inform treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on ASD best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
- Passion for supporting individuals with ASD and their families.
Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually.
