About the role
We are currently seeking Behavior Therapists to join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Services are provided in various locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and cater to individuals from 15 months to 22 years old.
Responsibilities
- Provide home, community, clinic-based support to individuals 15 months to 20 years old
- Teach goals and skills outlined in the treatment plans and implement behavior strategies developed by the BCBA (clinical supervisor)
- Attend and contribute to clinical and non-clinical meetings, trainings, and individual supervisions
- Complete required session notes and data and any additional non-clinical paperwork
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of clients
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, early childhood education, or a related field required
- Registered Behavior Certification may substitute education requirement
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
- Reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and high degree of professionalism
- Valid Driver’s license and own personal vehicle
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

Schedule
Flexible schedules are available, including full-time, part-time, and per diem positions.
