Residential Counselor Overview
Join our team as an ABA Counselor, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing home-like environment within our residential program. You'll support each student's educational journey by teaching functional living skills, fostering socialization, and enhancing communication abilities. Residential Counselor Schedule and Salary Information
- Second shift and weekends (three second shift shifts a week and one weekend double. four days worked and three days off)
- $30-$33 per hour
Residential Counselor Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
- Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
- Experience with specialized populations preferred
Residential Counselor Responsibilities
- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive

- Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
