Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based interventions as outlined in individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Adhere to all safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Hours vary based on client needs, typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
