Registered Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children aged 2-9 with autism. The ideal candidate will work in a Head Start based daycare setting, providing therapy sessions and documenting progress through reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy for children in a Head Start based daycare
• Document therapy sessions and progress in reports for senior health professionals
• Help children develop vital life skills such as communication and socialization
• Create engaging and fun learning experiences for the children
• Foster a supportive and caring environment for the children

Requirements

• Must be certified as an RBT
• Valid drivers license and vehicle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree in related field (or related experience with ABA and/or young children) preferred but not required
