ABA Recruiter (Hybrid) Greensboro, NC
Achievements ABA is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid position focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring quality candidates to support our expanding ABA services team. The Recruiter also plays a critical role in ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality services by matching behavior technicians with client needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. ABA experience is a plus.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST (3 days in office, 2 days remote in Greensboro, NC)
Pay
Starting at $55,000-$60,000 annually, pending experience
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of scheduling, staffing, healthcare coordination, or administrative experience a bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience with interviewing, sourcing, and candidate management
- ABA or healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Experience using Indeed, job boards, and recruiting platforms preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems including Rethink and other company platforms
Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing for new client cases by matching Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with clients based on location, availability, experience, and clinical needs
- Maintain clinician and RBT schedules to maximize service coverage and minimize gaps in care
- Monitor staffing needs daily and proactively identify solutions for open cases
- Collaborate closely with Intake, Recruitment, Authorizations, Clinical Leadership, and Operations to ensure timely client onboarding and staffing
- Ensure services begin as quickly as possible following authorization
- Monitor staff availability, schedule conflicts while maintaining appropriate client coverage
- Assist with reassigning cases when staff become unavailable or leave the organization
- Document all staffing activities accurately within company systems
- Maintain current knowledge of each provider's availability, certifications, credentials, and service areas
- Build positive relationships with staff while providing exceptional customer service
- Escalate complex staffing concerns or barriers to leadership in a timely manner
- Participate in department meetings and contribute ideas to improve staffing efficiency and client satisfaction
- Assist with operational duties as assigned
- Support RBT/BCBA recruitment through sourcing, interviewing, and offering
