ABA Program Supervisor - BCBA Track
About the role
This role is designed for individuals currently enrolled in or who have completed a Master’s program in ABA or a related field and are pursuing growth toward BCBA-level leadership.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCBAs to implement and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
- Monitor client progress and support data-driven treatment modifications
- Conduct assessments and assist with behavior intervention planning
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of 4–6 Behavior Technicians
- Provide performance feedback and support staff development
- Lead engaging, play-based learning activities aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reporting
- Partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client success
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or have completed a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active pursuit of BCBA certification
- 2+ years of ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Passion for clinical growth, mentorship, and client-centered care
- Bilingual Spanish speakers preferred

Competitive hourly rate: $28–$34/hour, commensurate with experience
