ABA Clinical Supervisor (Program Manager)

Pay

Total Annual Earning Potential: Equivalent up to almost $65,000 per year.

Base Compensation: $26.00 - $31.50 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography, with a future career path to $82,000+ base salary as a BCBA.

Evening work (until 8:30pm) is compensated at a higher rate.

Schedule

Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with availability in mornings, mid-day, and afternoons until 6:30pm most nights. Requires two to three evenings per week until 8:30pm. No Saturday work unless you choose to schedule make-up sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork activities, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions.
• Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress.
• Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively.
• Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, adapt to new challenges, prioritize tasks, and manage a dynamic caseload.

Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed a Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related program.
• Experience working with software solutions for data collection and programming.
• 2-3 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Ideal candidates will be 6-12 months from being ready to sit for the BACB Exam.
• Position is subject to fingerprinting, TB test, and pre-employment physical exam (paid for by ALP).
