What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
  • Oversee services for clients
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
  • Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement

What You Bring To The Team

  • MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas

Compensation & Benefits

  • $22.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE)
