ABA Case Supervisor
About the role

As a Case Supervisor (CS) at Alora Behavioral Health, you'll play a key leadership role in helping children and young adults build life-changing skills while supporting families through meaningful progress.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Behavior Technicians through coaching, support, and supervision
- Oversee services for clients
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Partner with families through training, communication, and collaboration
- Ensure clinical quality, documentation, and compliance with funding sources
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- MA/MS in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience designing or implementing behavior analytic services (BCBA coursework units preferred)
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within assigned areas

- Ability to meet onboarding and pre-employment requirements
