ABA Behavior Technician (Spanish Speaking)
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team in South River, New Jersey. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs.

Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with clients in their natural environments to implement behavioral treatment plans
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to adapt treatment plans and address client needs
- Provide accurate and detailed documentation of client sessions and progress
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements
- Those bilingual in English and Spanish encouraged to apply!
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
