ABA Behavior Technician/RBT (Daytime & Afternoon Shifts)

About the role

As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you'll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. You'll help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills while working in homes or community settings. Part-time position (15–20 hrs/week) with daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts of 3–4 hrs/day, varying by client.

Locations and Schedules

• Union City, NJ: M–F, 8 AM–2:45 PM (daytime)
• North Bergen, NJ: M–F, 11 AM–4 PM (daytime)
• Jersey City, NJ: M–F, 4–7 PM (afternoon)
• North Bergen, NJ: M–F, 3:30–7:30 PM (afternoon)
• North Bergen, NJ: M–F, 4–7 PM & Sat 10 AM–1 PM (afternoon)

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Build skills, manage behaviors, and foster independence
• Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans
• Offer encouragement and care during sessions
• Create a safe, structured learning environment
• Collect and record data to guide treatment
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional growth

Requirements

• High School Diploma (college preferred)
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements
• Ability to meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities
• Experience with children or autism preferred
• Reliable transportation, strong communication skills, and comfort with technology
