About the role
Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in homes or community settings.
Responsibilities
- Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
- Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
- Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience required.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
- Must be willing to navigate the path toward becoming an RBT by completing the certification within 90 days of hire.

Pay
$15–25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule
Daytime/Afternoon shifts available in Las Cruces, NM. Morning Schedules: M-F: 11AM- 2PM
Qualifications
