ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

About the role

Average shifts are 3-4 hours per day, varying by client. Afternoon schedules are available in Wayne, NJ (Mon-Fri: 4:30-7:30PM) and Paterson, NJ (Summer Schedule: M-F: 1-6PM, Starting September: M-F: 3:30-6:30PM, Opening 1: M-F: 3:30-6:30PM, Opening 2: M-F: 3:30-6:30PM).

Responsibilities

• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
