About the role
Location: Somerset, NJ. Part‑time position (15–20 hours per week) with afternoon/evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Adventure Guide: Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
- Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
- Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
- Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
- Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
- Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (college preferred).
- Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
- Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities.
- Experience with children/autism preferred.
- Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

Pay
$20–30 per hour (based on experience).
Schedule
Part‑time (15–20 hrs/week); afternoon/evening shifts, 3–4 hours per day, varying by client. In Somerset, NJ: Monday‑Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.
