Designed as a bridge between graduate school and independent practice, this program provides future BCBAs with hands-on learning, structured mentorship, and a tailored study plan to prepare for the BCBA exam and your first BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with indirect supervision tasks for your own mini-caseload of learners.
• Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs’ respective caseloads.
• Support Board Certified Behavior Analysts and provide staff and caregiver training.
• Assist BCBAs with parent communication and analyze client data.
• Research literature related to client programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.
• Complete monthly mock exams.
• Follow a tailored BCBA Readiness Plan.

Requirements

• Within 6 months of completing a BACB-verified Master’s/Post-Graduate coursework sequence.
• Active RBT certification.
• At least 60% of BACB supervision requirements completed.
• Reliable transportation.

Pay

• TX & OK: $25/hour
• VA, MD, & CO: $28.50/hour
• NC: $27/hour
