AAET Enterprise Support Supervisor
About the role
We're seeking an Enterprise Support Supervisor to lead our enterprise analytics and automation support function. This role involves maintaining and improving a wide range of solutions, including those built with Palantir, Power BI, Spotfire, Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, React, and SQL. The supervisor will also play a pivotal role in reimagining the support model, focusing on intelligent automation to reduce burden, scale the team, and shift support from reactive to proactive.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of developers who maintain and improve enterprise analytics and automation solutions.
- Lead the team through significant operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a supportive team culture.
- Evaluate and implement agentic AI solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Design scalable processes, both human- and agent-driven, and ensure their effective implementation.
- Communicate a forward-looking vision for support operations to non-technical stakeholders and manage competing demands.
- Identify and prioritize support demand patterns to inform process improvements and upstream delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a technical team.
- Strong technical background to engage in analytics and automation discussions and provide informed guidance.
- A genuine interest in agentic AI and its potential to transform enterprise support.
- Familiarity with enterprise analytics and automation platforms such as Power BI, Spotfire, Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, React, and AI platforms like Copilot, Gemini, and Claude.
- Experience with project-to-support handoff processes and documentation standards.
- Understanding of upstream oil and gas / energy industry operational concepts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or automation roles, with leadership experience.
- Experience with development and/or support of analytics in the upstream oil and gas / energy industry.
- Proven ability to lead a technical team and assess current-state workflows.
- Experience with or demonstrated curiosity toward agentic AI platforms.
Skills
- Strong technical skills across the enterprise analytics stack.
- Ability to design and implement scalable agent-based solutions.
- Proficiency in assessing and evaluating agentic AI workflows.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with project-to-support handoff processes and documentation standards.
- Understanding of upstream oil and gas / energy industry operational concepts.
