Job Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic and international travel planning, including hotel and car rentals, flights, cruises, tours, AAA Group Travel, and travel insurance.
  • Make outbound calls expeditiously for event leads, rebook/reconnect leads, marketing leads, and other assigned outreach.
  • Achieve all monthly travel sales revenue targets.
  • Possess strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed travel revenue and membership goals.
  • Prospect new business through outbound calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
  • Grow travel revenue through effective pipeline management and cross-selling AAA travel products.
  • Be on the phone queue to answer any required travel inbound sales & service calls.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel products, suppliers, booking systems, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with AAA products, membership structure, and Club service offerings.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed travel revenue and membership goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM for lead management, activity logging, and maintaining high-quality, accurate data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and creating exceptional member experiences.
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to AAA standards.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform routine office tasks that includes operating a computer for long periods of time, sitting, filing and communicating on the phone.
  • Ability to perform all physical functions consistent with travel including sitting in airplanes and driving for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull a maximum of 30 lbs.

Pay

$43,888 base rate + $6,000 - $9,000+ of commission opportunity (based on performance) in 1st year

Schedule

Typical First Year On-Track Earnings (OTE) For Performing Advisors: $50,000 - $55,000 /year
