AAA Battery Service Technician

About the role

Apart from being the leader in Roadside Assistance, AAA Northern New England is looking for a full-time Battery Service Driver. The ideal candidate should have a strong commitment to customer service and a desire to assist others.

Responsibilities

• Operate light service vehicles
• Provide roadside services including battery replacement and diagnostics, lockouts, and tire changes
• Handle a variety of road-side service problems
• Work independently to assist AAA members with service calls
• Gain on-the-job training to equip drivers for diverse service needs

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Schedule

The starting hourly rate for Battery Service Technicians is $15.30. After completing the training program, full-time Battery Service Technicians who meet goals can earn an average of $55,200 to $67,500 annually.
