The Licensing Specialist role focuses on efficiently managing the agent appointment and onboarding processes within a dynamic, multi-tenant environment. Responsibilities
- Process agent onboarding by reviewing agent-contracting paperwork for completeness and accuracy
- Document and communicate any incorrect or missing items related to agent contracting
- Enter approved agent contracts into the system of record
- Respond to agent and staff inquiries regarding appointment and onboarding information with clear communication on next steps
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager

Pay
The base pay for this position starts at $21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
