About the role

Lakeview School is a premier special education institution serving students aged 3 to 21 across 50 New Jersey districts. It offers advanced educational services alongside facilities like an onsite medical clinic, developmental therapies, and an aquatic center.

Responsibilities

- Ensure classroom teachers adhere to the education services outlined in each student's Individual Educational Plan. - Advise, update, and train staff using instructional materials and program assessment scales. - Possess a Master's degree in education. - At least 5 years of experience as a classroom teacher or supervisor in elementary or special education. - Hold NJ DOE certifications as a Teacher of the Handicapped/Students with Disabilities, School Supervisor, or Principal. - Optionally hold certifications as a School Psychologist or Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant.

Requirements
