About the role
We are recruiting for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with NJID’s Adult Behavioral Services in the Southern NJ region of NJID’s Group Home and Day Program locations. The RBT will provide behavioral support, implement behavior plans, collect data, and assist with daily living, communication, and social skills training. Hours will need to be flexible and based on behavioral needs at each location. Candidates with experience working with adults with developmental and related disabilities are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
- Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician and maintain compliance with BACB standards
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license in good standing, and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
- Willingness to travel to various day programs and residential group homes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, web browsers, and electronic health records
- Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred
