A&R Discovery Intern

Job Summary

TripleThreat, a fast-growing new division of Create Music Group, is seeking a passionate, organized, and team-oriented intern to join the team. This role will support artist discovery while providing hands-on exposure to A&R, marketing, and digital rights, offering a unique opportunity to learn the inner workings of a modern music company.

Qualifications

• Familiar with and passionate about hip hop music, culture, and content.
• Well-versed in internet culture/social media platforms and enjoys consuming/studying YouTube and TikTok content.
• Driven to pursue a career in the music/entertainment industry, preferably with relevant internship or work experience.
• Team player with great communication skills, and the ability to manage time wisely and stay laser-focused between tasks.
• Must have access to a laptop, headphones, and access to a mode of reliable transportation.
• Must be proficient with Mac OSX, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps.

Program Details

• Start Date: Flexible
• Hybrid role: Must be able to attend in person in the LA office 2-3 times per week
• Length: 3-4 months
