A Minnesota Facility Is Seeking a Locums Electrophysiologist

About the role

Weatherby Healthcare, a leader in locum tenens staffing since 1995 with nearly 600 employees, offers an outpatient electrophysiology position. The role combines clinic and procedural work in an outpatient setting with no rounding or admissions required.

Responsibilities

• See 12 patients per shift on clinic days; 3‑4 patients on lab days.
• Perform atrial fibrillation ablations and general EP procedures (VT, PVC, and extractions excluded).
• Work outpatient only; no rounding or admissions required.
• Utilize Epic EMR.
• Maintain a 60‑70% clinic / 30‑40% procedural mix.
• Access to two EP labs and an OR hybrid suite.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years post‑fellowship experience.

Pay

Hourly rate range: $320.00 – $412.00 (all‑inclusive, combining base pay with potential overtime, call, and holiday pay). Rates are estimates and vary based on critical need, experience, qualifications, and other factors.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑4:30 pm; no call, no holidays.
